Open and review Brand Kit

Start in the Brand Kit area to see the default settings that apply to every guide you create.

Select Brand Kit from the left sidebar to open the settings that control guide narration, fonts, styles, automation, presentation, logo, and viewer experience defaults.

Use the Narration voice section to see the current voice used for guide narration. The current voice is shown as Bella, and you can use Change voice when you want to select a different narration voice.

Use the Font section to select the typography used in generated guides. Available font options shown here include Source Sans 3, Inter, Roboto, and Montserrat, with Source Sans 3 currently selected.

Use the Style section to select the visual style for guide text and markers. The visible options are Standard, Clean, Accent, and Vibrant, with Standard currently selected.

Use the Auto section to control enhancements that can be applied automatically when a guide is created. The available options shown include Auto-Zoom, Auto-Pan, Auto-Focus, and Auto-Hide; Auto-Focus and Auto-Hide appear enabled in this view.

Configure presentation and branding

Continue through the lower Brand Kit sections to define how captured screens and branding appear in shared guides.

Use the Presentation section to control how captured screens are displayed. The Screen frame option wraps captured screens in a matching frame when the guide is rendered.

Use the Logo section to decide whether guides include your logo. Select Add your logo to guides when you want shared guides to include brand imagery.

Customize the viewer experience

Finish by reviewing the settings that affect how shared guides look and flow for viewers.

Use the Wallpaper option to give shared guides a custom background. This option is shown with background swatches and a Doodles style chip.

Use the Navigation option to show back and next navigation controls in shared guides.
