Product screens and guides
Guide Agent is built around captured product screens and generated guides. You control what you record, import, create, edit, share, or delete.

AI processing
When you ask Guide Agent to create, edit, narrate, or reshape guides, your captured screens, guide content, and instructions may be processed by AI systems and service providers that help power those features.

Payments and credits
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or handle full payment card details on our servers.

Credit refunds
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
Unused credits may remain available in your account according to the service rules that apply at the time.
